Haircut and Hot Sticks

I'm still getting used to my new laptop but I successfully filmed, edited and uploaded a youtube video today! It's just a quick video to show of my new haircut and to see how my new Hot Sticks work out. The format is a bit different since I used iMovie instead of Window's Movie Maker so thoughts would be appreciated!

  1. That's the song that Chaka dances to on Land of the Lost.
I always have a hard time curling the back side of my hair since that's the shortest length.

  2. Try some end wraps with your hot sticks it helps get all the ends curled. I think that is your funky back problem that they can be a hit hard to get all the ends curled. End wraps will also help keep hairs from sticking to rollers.

  3. Great video. I use hot sticks every once in a while, when I get tired of setting my hair in pin curls and whatnot. Mine have been used more and don't stay very well (theres a couple that always pop open darn it) also they tend to pull out hair every time, but I still love them for a quick authentic curl. I LOVE your new hair cut, it's super adorable. Makes me want to cut my hair for the summer.

  4. I like this. My mom bought a steam roller set "Caruso" back in the 90s and we still use it, but the curls NEVER turn out that good. Can you get this on ebay?? I think I have to try it!

    1. I actually picked these up a Walmart. I think you can also get them on Amazon. They were only $15 so I thought they were worth a try.
