Summer is coming (if the winter weather ever decides to go away for good!). And my hair is long enough to really do some cute dos. So that means it's hat season! :D
This video features a darling 50s hat I found at a local vintage store. Enjoy!
Speaking of local vintage stores, I've been wanting to host a blogger meet up for forever! I know some of you local(ish) ladies have also wanted to do a meet up, so let's do it! If you're interested, please email me at girlwiththestarspangledheart [at] gmail [dot] com.
Very Pretty! Love your hat. I'm currently growing my hair out from a pixie cut I got last summer. It's about chin length bob now, but the shorter back bits still drive me crazy. You've inspired me to search for my tiny curling iron. Lets hope I don't burn my neck too badly!
ReplyDeleteHow very lovely! I think your hair is at a great length right now - very versatile and soooo becoming.
ReplyDeleteAfter next to no spring (weather), summer decided to show up around May 1st here (really early for these parts) and is showing no signs of letting up (we've already had plenty of 88F days!), so I'm in summer mode myself already, too.

Really good hair tutorial.
ReplyDeleteYour hat is TOTALLY adorable! I've been looking for such a hat myself. My hair is a lot longer than yours, so I can't try this tutorial out, but you're totally rocking it!
