I also got a new pair of Freddies on sale! :D
Did you get vintage lovelies for Christmas?
Nice haul! Love the freddies jeans. Are they the Norma Jeans?? I wish I could get them, but I've been loosing weight, which is great, but I hate to put out the money if they won't fit after a while.
ReplyDeleteYes, they are the Norma Jeans. They've actually just come out with a new Marylin Monroe inspired jean-Clash By Night. Congrats on the weight loss! Maybe you can treat yourself to a pair when you reach your goal?
DeleteMy word! What a haul!
ReplyDeleteOooh, you were definitely on Santa's good list this year, dear gal! Awesome holiday season haul. Those Freddies look wonderful on you. I live in mine during this time of year, especially for taking the puppy out for walks and to the dog park.

Early 40's? Good choice, hard to find in vintage so it will be nice to see what you will make!
ReplyDeleteI would love to have another Freddies jeans but they are not for curvy gals, hips are always too small for my waist size...
I have a 12" difference between my waist and my hips and I've found a few styles that work for me. Not all of their styles are cut the same so it's sort of hit and miss.
DeleteThose dresses will look great on you! I've been eyeing the same Wearing History patterns and can't wait to see yours sewn up.
ReplyDeleteHappy new year!
The simplicity patterns look like they are in wonderful shape. Some really lovely designs. The early 40s late 30s had some wonderful silouettes.
ReplyDeleteOh, such lovely patterns!
