Midcentury Modern

For day 2 of the bridal expo, I decided to go vintage! And added some layers because they had the ac waaaayyyyy up.

Tada! Cherry circle skirt, new sweater from Banana Republic and vintage hat!

I love vintage hats!

I'm so in love with this new sweater I scored super cheap at Banana Republic.

We had a great day and I loved getting to wear my circle skirt.

  1. I love the hat. I wish there was a better view of it. Is it 50's?? I seems to love 50s hats more than 40s. :-o

I love 50s hats! They are much more practical and cheaper than 40s hats, but there are some great 40s hats too!

  2. What a lovely skirt! Why not adding a full petticoat underneath to feel like a princess... that's what I feel when I wear really full skirts!!!
This hat is just so darling!!!

    1. I do usually wear a full petticoat but with our tiny booth space, I didn't want to take up too much room! But I adore wearing a full petticoat! There's something so magical about a huge skirt!
