How is the construction going there? Did you go to the hat store next to Art of Shaving? I've not been in a few months. The song that wasn't good to dance to was background music from Beauty and the Beast. I love the plates!
There is still a ton of construction going on! I don't think it's supposed to be done until sometime in 2016. There is one new parking structure open but not much else. I did go in the hat store. They had lots of cute hats. :)
Yes! Even in the winter the humidity was really hard on my hair especially compared to Ohio where I can do heated sets in the winter. In the Florida summer, forget about it.
Your head covering was cute. Was that a scarf, or hat? I am a huge Disney fan, and those plates are adorable! Please do create more vlogs. Thank you for sharing a piece of your life with us!
It's a turban scarf. (Here's a pattern for it: http://wearinghistory.clothing/product/1940s-hat-wardrobe-pattern-size-22/) I'm actually doing a tutorial for this style next week.
Cool first vlog. Here is an idea when you guys hang out at Disney again you could do a couple of Disney inspired vintage bound outfits. JennyRaeTV on youtube gives great examples on how to Disney bound.

DeleteI hated how expensive they were! I'm so glad to know my failure to get good pin curl sets that last is a Florida problem!

DeleteI love the white blouse you had on in this video :)

DeleteSo fun! The older I get, the more I (finally!) want to make it to Disney one day.
ReplyDeleteIt was cute when you panned to your husband for a moment in the car. I always like it when couples include the other person in some of their videos.
